We currently use Paypal to handle all payments. If your having trouble paying with your credit card through Paypal you might find help by taking a look at this page that I found. Hopefully it will have a solution for you.

A quick TIP! If you are using your credit card and do not want to use a PayPal balance, make sure the email you use is not associated with any PayPal account.
